• What we process: account details of the client's users; and the data the client provides or connects, which may include records, files, and call recordings or transcripts. This data may contain personal data of the client's staff and of third parties such as their customers or prospects.
• Sources: data the client uploads, and third-party platforms the client authorises us to connect to.
• Why: to provide the services the client has instructed, only on the client's instructions.
• Isolation and no cross-client training: each client's data is kept separate to their account. We do not use one client's data to train, tune, or improve any model or service for another client.

3. Who we share data with (sub-processors)

We use trusted third parties to run our services. They fall into categories including:

• cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
• AI and transcription providers;
• analytics and data providers;
• payment processors; and
• the third-party platforms a client authorises us to connect to.

We share only what each provider needs to perform its function. The specific providers we use are part of our confidential methods and are not published. Where a client is legally entitled to the identities of the sub-processors handling its data, we provide them to that client under its agreement, subject to confidentiality.
